Solution

The solution was built around the chief role of a successful MDMS, which is reduction of ongoing operational costs and improvement of integration opportunities with other information systems. The fine points of the solution also covered handling the diversity of data, massive data volumes and indications of likely meter-tampering.

The Inovaantage advantage in building such solutions was particularly helpful in integration of AMI data. This integration makes day-to-day operations easier while simultaneously having the complete history of meter reading. That becomes critical in ensuring customer service is prompt, fair, and accurate. Furthermore, the MDMS solution has been woven together with the Smart Billing Pilot Project under the AMI infrastructure. All this was achieved with minimum to no disruption to the existing systems of the customer.

Finally, the solution also took care of exception handling
