The entire project was a part of the Green Energy and Efficient Energy management initiative of the client. We started by designing a dashboard for the customers of our client. The purpose was to enrich the overall experience. Next, we helped them set up a lab that would demonstrate the potential of HEMS capability and encourage further research. Finally, we built reporting mechanisms within the project to help management track the progress.
