To begin with, we surveyed the exact current and future requirements of the customer from the system. We identified all the requirements that the existing version was unable to meet fully or partially.
Based on this learning, we used our deep expertise and decided to upgrade to the most suitable version. Accordingly, we migrated from the ESRI 6.0 version with ArcFM to the ArcGIS 10.6 and ArcFM 10.5. We developed a schematic module per the specifications. Adequate care was taken to keep the ArcGIS platform independent of ArcFM. To complement the upgrades, we developed an iOS based field application. Moreover, Cybsersecruity, AD and Azure cloud migration were also taken care of. The entire solution helped the client achieve an environment that was conducive to better asset management and smarter, better decision-making.
We are currently in charge of the system maintenance as well as system and database administration on behalf of the client.
